Started as an email support executive for Uber Drivers, job rules include understanding and resolving queries and providing support. Then worked for 13 months, I joined the Uber Eats menu extraction team as a CSR and was later promoted to a menu extraction auditor. In my current role, my responsibilities are to review the queries and execute the onboarding process.

Relationship Management and Retail Banking Operations.
Assignment on this position included customer services, account opening, relationship management, and
relationship building, liability sales, cross-sell, and portfolio management. Possess varied and detail- oriented
banking experience, routinely assessing and meeting varying financial needs of individual and business
customers. Applied knowledge of financial products and investment packages in advising; existing and new
customers with various credit options. As a relationship manager, managed the following financial products;
• Liability Sales: liability generation and new business development (current accounts/saving accounts
acquisition). Opened over 150 new accounts in the financial year 2016-2017 and achieved the assigned target
of deposit mobilization.
• Portfolio Management: managed a portfolio of over 200 accounts with a total value of more than PKR
one hundred million (about USD 950,000). Analyzed needs of portfolio customers and provided
customer services.
• Meeting monthly targets for Credit Card loans, Personal loans, Auto Financing, and Bancassurance
and Wealth Management (Mutual Funds).
Started as an entry-level officer in a structured one-year training program in the area of branch banking
functionality. In this program, completed in-class instruction on all aspects of retail banking during the first
one month. Afterward, completed hands-on training in a retail banking branch. Performed account opening
with due diligence, maintained sundries balanced (accounts receivable/payable), handled general inquiries
about banking products and policies from customers, and ensure accurate record keeping. During this period,
also performed as a remittance officer, by dealing with and executing the bank remittances which includes
incoming and outgoing remittances. After successful completion of the training program, achieved a
managerial position of Relationship Manager.
• Remittance: During (Retail Banking Officer) this period I have worked on the COC (cash on Counter)
service (Remittance Services), in which I have operated the western union and UBL’s foreign
remittances portals. On the UBL Remittance’s portal, I initiated the customer’s remittances by
checking all the related details and precede it upon eligibility. Most of Pakistanis have received their
funds through these services, during that transaction, I have introduced different products and
services to customers related to Remittances; Pardes Cards (Foreign Fund Cards), Student Education
Fee Cards (ACCA Cards), Traveling Cards, Ladies Shopping Cards & CASA.
